Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect (different from what was ordered). Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue. Our team will verify the request and assist with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once a request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Requests made after the 48-hour timeframe may not be accepted.
- Minor variations in colour due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
