  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

    • The wrong item was delivered

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days:

    • To the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Via bank transfer (for COD orders)

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
